Second Felony Offense

Jail Time of 1 to 10 Years.
Fine of up to $5,000.
If Your Prior DUI Was within the Previous 10 Years, a License Revocation of 1 Year, Plus the Possibility of an Additional 4 Years with an Ignition Interlock Device (IID).
Court-Ordered Participation in a Drug and Alcohol Assessment, and the Required Compliance with All Recommendations Made in the Assessment, Which You Must Pay for.
Possibility of 240 Hours of Community Service.

Third or Subsequent Felony Offense

Jail Time of 1 to 20 Years.
Fine of up to $5,000.
If Your Prior DUI Was within the Previous 10 Years, a License Revocation of Three Years, Plus an Additional 5 Years with an IID.
Court-Ordered Participation in a Drug and Alcohol Assessment, and the Required Compliance with All Recommendations Made in the Assessment, Which You Must Pay for.
At Least 1 Year of Supervised Probation & Periodic Urinalysis (UAS), Which Is Also Done at Your Expense.
Possibility of 480 Hours of Community Service.
